JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claims that she was unfairly dismissed and for a protective award under Section 189 of the Trades Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 are dismissed on withdrawal of the same by the Claimant with the Respondent’s consent.REASONS
[2]Before the Preliminary Hearing listed for today's date the Claimant wrote by email dated 26 May to confirm withdrawal of her claims, so I sought to clarify through the Respondent’s representative whether they consented.[3]The Respondent through its representative today readily consented to withdrawal without further recourse. 1 of 2 Case Number: 1802149/2021[4]Accordingly, the unfair dismissal and protective award claims are therefore dismissed at the Claimant’s request and with the Respondent’s consent.
