JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant presented her complaint of unfair dismissal to the Tribunal outside of the limitation period provided for in section 111 of the Employment Rights Act 1996. It was reasonably practicable for her to have presented the claim in time. Accordingly, the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to consider it.[2]The claimant presented her complaints brought under the Equality Act 2010 outside of the limitation period provided for in section 123 of the 2010 Act. It is just and equitable to extend time for the presentation of the claims until 29 April 2022. Accordingly, the Tribunal is vested with jurisdiction to consider them.
