[1]By a case management order dated 24 January 2018 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to confirm she had complied with paragraphs 3 and 4 of Employment Judge Littles’ Order dated 27 December 2017. The claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 24 January 2018.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done.[3]The hearing fixed for 31 January 2018 will not take place.
