JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s claim for breach of contract brought under the Employment Tribunals Extension of Jurisdiction (England and Wales) Order 1994 in respect of the Claimant’s notice pay is well-founded and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant a net payment of 1 weeks’ notice pay in the sum of £449.23.[2]The Claimant’s claim for holiday pay is well founded and succeeds. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £501.93 this being 4.5 days holiday at an average daily pay of £111.54 per day. This is a gross sum and the Respondent shall deduct, and account to HMRC for, any tax and national insurance due upon it.[3]The Claimant’s claim for unauthorized deduction from wages in respect unpaid wages is well founded and succeeds. The first Respondent is ordered to pay the gross sum of £892.32 in respect of 8 days outstanding pay. This is a gross award, and the Claimant shall be liable to the Inland Revenue for any payments of tax and national insurance thereon.[4]The total award is £1,843.48
