[1]By a letter dated 14 November 2023 the Tribunal gave the claimants an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why their claims should not be struck out because:  the claimants have not, following the Tribunal’s letter dated 27 April 2023, applied to reinstate the dissolved company to the register.  the claims are not therefore being actively pursued.

[2]The claimants have failed to make representations in writing, or have failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. These claims are therefore struck out.
