JUDGMENT

The first respondent having not entered a response, the second respondent having taken a neutral position and the claimants having provided sufficient information to satisfy the tribunal as to its jurisdiction, the tribunal declares that: The first respondent has failed to comply with the requirements of Section 188 and 188A of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992. The tribunal makes a protective award that the first respondent shall pay remuneration to the claimants dismissed as redundant on 11 January 2021 for a period of 90 days beginning on 11 January 2021.
