The claims of direct sex discrimination set out in paragraphs 5 to 7 of the Annexe to the Order of 8 February 2017 are struck out.REASONS
pay a deposit of £25.00 not later than 2 March 2017 in relation to each of the allegations set out in paragraphs 5 to 7 of the Annexe to the Order of 8 February 2017. The Order was sent to the Claimant on 9 February 2017. The Claimant has failed to pay these deposits. The complaints of direct sex discrimination set out in paragraphs 5 to 7 of the Annexe to the Order of 8 February 2017 are therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.
