Employment Judge Cox DateDate 11 August 2021

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]In an Order dated 26 July 2021 and sent to the parties on 28 July 2021, the Tribunal warned the Claimant that it was proposing to strike out her claim on the ground that it was not being actively pursued, the Claimant having failed to attend the Preliminary Hearing on 26 July. The Tribunal told the Claimant in that Order that if she wanted to object to her claim being struck out, she must put her objections in writing, or ask for a Hearing at which she could make them, by 4 August 2021.[2]The Claimant has not responded to that warning.[3]The claim is therefore struck out.
