[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £200.00 following a preliminary hearing held on 23/06/2020 in respect of her continuing clams. The Order was sent to the claimant on 24/06/2020.The claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The complaint of race discrimination and victimisation is therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The hearing fixed for 10/11/2020 – 12/11/2020 will not take place.
