JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal upon the grounds that she made a protected disclosure (brought under section 103A of the Employment Rights Act 1996) was presented outside the relevant limitation period in section 111 of the 1996 Act in circumstances where it was reasonably practicable for it to have been presented in time.[2]The claimant’s complaints of harassment brought pursuant to sections 26 and 40 of the Equality Act 2010 were presented to the Employment Tribunal outside the limitation period in section 123 of the 2010 Act in circumstances where it is not just and equitable to extend time. Case No: 1802045/2020[3]Accordingly, the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to consider the claimant’s complaints referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Judgment.
