[1]The Respondent failed to provide the Claimant with itemised payslips pursuant to section 8 of the Employment Rights Act 1996[2]The Respondent owes the Claimant £2,200 gross in respect of his September 2017 salary.[3]The Respondent owes the Claimant £1024.72 in respect of reasonable expenses incurred in the course of his employment.[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the £3224.72 subject to deductions for tax and National insurance, as appropriate.
