JUDGMENT
[1]By consent the Respondent will forthwith pay to the Claimant the sum of £458.44 as damages for breach of contract (notice pay).[2]The complaint of unauthorised deductions in respect of a deduction for claw back of commission fails.[3]The complaint of unauthorised deduction in respect of a deduction for alleged damage to property (loss of data) succeeds and the Respondent will forthwith pay to the claimant the further sum of £223.00 so deducted.[4]The Respondent will also forthwith reimburse to the Claimant the issue and hearing fees she has paid, those being in the amount of £390.00.
