JUDGMENT
[1]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the complaint of breach of contract because that was presented out of time when it would have been reasonably practicable for it to have been presented in time.[2]The complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages succeeds and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £288 forthwith.[3]The complaint in respect of holiday pay fails.[4]A costs order is made requiring the Respondent to reimburse to the Claimant the sum of £130 representing part of the tribunal fees paid by her. The payment is to be made forthwith.
