JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal succeeds and the Claimant is awarded compensation in the sum of £3,599.20.[2]The Claimant’s complaint of wrongful dismissal (notice pay) succeeds. No separate award of compensation is made because the Claimant has been awarded compensation for the same period in (1) above.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay costs in the sum of £1,200 in respect of the Tribunal fees paid by the Claimant in bringing these proceedings in accordance with rule 75 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure.[4]The Respondent has agreed to pay and is ordered to pay outstanding wages due in the sum of £68.40.
