JUDGMENT
All complaints other than that of direct disability discrimination in relation to the failure or refusal to offer the Claimant a Band 5 Nurse role on 8 July 2016 and/or around 10 August 2016 are dismissed following a withdrawal of those complaints by the Claimant.REASONS
[1]By an email dated 21 February 2017 the Claimant withdrew all aspects of his claim other than the allegation of direct disability discrimination in relation to the offer of a post of Band 5 Nurse.[2]The Claimant did not express at the time of withdrawal a wish to reserve the right to bring a further claim raising the same, or substantially the same, complaints.[3]The Tribunal can identify no reason why it would not be in the interests of justice to dismiss these aspects of his claim.
