JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaint of age discrimination is dismissed: it was presented outside the Section 123(1)(a) time limit; and the period from allegations in July to October 2015, until presentation of this claim on 8 April 2020, is not such other period as I consider just and equitable within Section 123 (1)(b) of the Equality Act 2010.[2]The claimant’s complaints of constructive unfair dismissal and arrears of pay are also dismissed: it was reasonably practicable for such complaints to have been presented by no later than 20 October 2017 (when they were presented, but subsequently withdrawn).
