JUDGMENT

[1]The Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages in respect of accrued but untaken holiday entitlement on the termination of her employment and is ordered to pay to her the gross sum of £1,145.43 less statutory deductions in respect of tax and national insurance.[2]The Respondent failed to comply with its obligation to provide to the Claimant itemised pay statements pursuant to Section 8 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 in the period from May-August 2017. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £259.35 as the amount of unnotified deductions representing the statutory deductions from the amount of holiday pay due to her.
