[1]The Claimant had, as at the effective date of the termination of her employment, two years’ continuous service such that the Tribunal has jurisdiction to hear her complaint of unfair dismissalREASONS
The Claimant having been given until 23 February 2018 to show cause why her claim of unfair dismissal ought not to be struck out as having no reasonable prospect of success and the claimant having provided no response or representations to the Tribunal it is appropriate that the complaint now be struck out pursuant to Rule 3(1) (e) of the Employment Rules of procedure 2013.
