Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The claim was issued in the Leeds Employment Tribunals on 22 April 2022. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, in accordance with rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[1]The Tribunal declares that the respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages in relation to:a. 5 days’ wages for October 2021 and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £692.07.b. unpaid wages for February 2022 and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £500.00.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant of £1,384.15[3]The hearing listed on 04 July 2022 is cancelled.
