Issued pursuant to Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 THE TIME for presenting a response having expired and no, or no valid, response having been presented; the Respondent having failed to show cause why the Claimants are not entitled to Judgments and on the available material before the Employment Judge it is adjudged that:-[1]The Respondent ought to make payments to the claimants under section 182 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[2]The Respondent ought to pay to the First Claimant the sum of £1,573.78 less any tax and national insurance deductions.[3]The Respondent ought to pay to the Second Claimant the sum of £2,832.67 less any tax and national insurance deductions.[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay £250 to each of the Claimants in respect of their issue fees under Rule 76(4) of Schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.
