JUDGMENT

[1]The application of the claimant to amend to include unauthorised deductions of wages from the date of the presentation of the claim to 5 January 2018 is allowed, the claimant having served upon the respondent a schedule of losses to that date.[2]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the wages of the claimant in the sums of £2,606.37 net for the period up until 21 July 2017, £6,346.12 gross for the period between 21 July 2017 and 10 October 2017 (being 11 weeks at £576.92 per week) and £6,923.04 gross for the period from 10 October 2017 until 5 January 2018 (being 12 weeks at £576.92 a week).[3]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sums of £2,606.37 net (it having accounted to HMRC for sums due for income tax and National Insurance), £6,346.12 gross and £6,923.04 gross; being a total of £15,875.53.
