The complaints of automatic unfair dismissal pursuant to section 103A of the Employment Rights Act 1996, a complaint of failure to inform and consult pursuant to Regulations 15 of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006, and a failure to provide written particulars of employment contrary to section 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 against the First Respondent are dismissed following a withdrawal by the claimant. The claimant’s remaining claims will proceed to hearing on 26 and 27 March 2018. The Second Respondent is not required to attend the hearing.
