JUDGMENT

[1]The employer of the claimant was the first respondent.[2]The first respondent made unauthorised deductions from the wages of the claimant in the total sum of £7,806.71, comprising a shortfall in wages between 10 August 2018 and 19 January 2019 of £7,195.97 and £610.74 arrears.[3]The first respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £7,806.71.[4]In addition the first respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £1,832.22 in respect of untaken leave of 3 weeks.[5]The claims against the second and third respondents are dismissed.

REASONS

[1]The Tribunal has reconsidered the judgment made at the hearing on 18 September 2019 as it is necessary in the interests of justice for the reasons set out in the letter sent to the parties dated 20 September 2019 and no party has made written representations to the contrary by the date stipulated, 2 October 2019.[2]The above awards are in addition to those in the judgment sent to the parties on 20 September 2019. 8 October 2019
