[1]Time for service of the Response is extended and the draft submitted on 14th November 2017 is accepted.[2]The Respondent has failed to pay sums due to the Claimant at termination, namely 1 week’s net pay in lieu of notice and 0.11 week’s accrued net holiday pay for that week.
