The claim is dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant.REASONS
[1]This was a claim from the respondent by reason of the fact that the claimant was unable to make recovery from Jackson Rushworth Consulting Limited (“the company”) by reason of the company’s insolvency.[2]The respondent opposed the claim on the basis that the claimant was not an employee.[3]The case was listed for one day today. On 10 October 2022 at 19:21 the claimant sent an email to the Tribunal, copied to the respondent, that he would no longer be contesting the claim therefore would not be in attendance today. Case Number: 1801903/2022[4]I have taken the expression that the claimant would no longer be contesting the claim as a withdrawal and on that basis the claim is dismissed.
