JUDGMENT

Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £2,870 in respect of unpaid wages and the additional gross sum of £10,037.47 in respect of unpaid commission.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £410 and the additional sum of £144.75 in unpaid expenses.[3]The respondent is ordered (pursuant to Section 38 of the Employment Act 2002) to pay to the claimant the sum of £820 arising out of its failure to provide to the claimant a written statement of the particulars of his employment.[4]The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is dismissed upon his withdrawal of it.
