JUDGMENT

[1]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages in respect of 3 days full salary owing between 28th and 31st January 2019 inclusive together with any further contractual entitlements to payment of wages actually accruing in that period.[2]Remedy is adjourned to a date to be fixed if not agreed and a separate case management order is made.[3]All other claims, whether of unfair dismissal, automatically unfair dismissal, being subjected to a detriment because of having made a protected qualifying disclosure, victimisation, further deductions from wages or failure to pay accrued holiday pay are dismissed in their entirety.
