JUDGMENT
[1]All figures relate to gross figures (net income was £303 per week).[2]The Claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal fails and is dismissed.[3]The Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from wages by failing to pay the Claimant in lieu of accrued but untaken annual leave on termination of the employment and is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £160.77, being the gross sum due.[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant additional compensation of £690, being the gross sum due, pursuant to section 38 Employment Act 2002 for failure to provide the Claimant with a written statement of employment particulars.[5]The Respondent shall therefore pay the total sum of £850.77 being the gross sum due, within 14 days of the written judgment.
