JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is well founded and succeeds.[2]As compensation for unfair dismissal, the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £22,928.59 (comprising of a basic award of £14,648.77 and a compensatory award of £8,279.82).[3]The Recoupment Regulations do not apply to this award.[4]The claimant’s complaint of disability-related harassment relating to a comment made about her on 11 September 2024 is well founded and succeeds.[5]As compensation for injury to feelings in respect of such harassment, the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £12,000 together with an additional sum of £1,790.77 in respect of interest.[6]The remaining claims of disability discrimination and harassment fail and are dismissed.
