Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 Upon considering the letter of the claimants of 21 May 2020 I conclude that although the claims were made outside the relevant time limits it was not reasonably practicable for them to be presented within time and they have been brought within such further time as was reasonable.
