JUDGMENT

[1]The claim of unfair dismissal is well-founded and succeeds.[2]No deduction from compensation should be made to reflect any chance that the Claimant would have been fairly dismissed in any event.[3]The Claimant contributed to his dismissal by culpable and blameworthy conduct and it is just and equitable to reduce the basic and compensatory awards payable to him by 20%.[4]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant a basic award of £9975.60.[5]The amount of the compensatory award payable remains to be determined.
