There is no basic award entitlement in circumstances where the Claimant has already received a statutory redundancy payment. This award is subject to the Recoupment Regulations and1.1 the total monetary award is £43,486.98,1.2 the amount of the prescribed element is £14,923.62,1.3 The dates of the prescribed period is from 21 July 2017 to 15 November 2017, and1.4 The excess of the total award over the prescribed element is £28,563.36.
