JUDGMENT

[1]Under section 135 of the Employment Rights Act 1996, namely a right to a redundancy payment is well founded and the respondent do pay or cause to be paid to the claimant the sum of £10,590.[2]The claimant’s complaint of unlawful deduction from wages (that is non-payment of wages from 05 January 2019 to 30 March 2019) under section 23 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is well founded and the respondent is ordered to pay or cause to be paid to the claimant the sum of £3,600. The respondent shall indemnify the claimant in respect of any employer’s Tax or National Insurance.[3]The claimant’s complaint of non-payment of holiday pay under the Working Time Regulations 1998 is well founded and the respondent is ordered to pay or cause to be paid to the claimant the sum of £600. The respondent shall indemnify the claimant as regards any Tax or National Insurance.
