JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint that the Claimant has been subjected to detriment pursuant to section 44 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is well founded.[2]The complaint that the Claimant was unfairly dismissed pursuant to section 100 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 fails and is dismissed.[3]The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant(a) loss of wages in the sum of £43.50(b) compensation for injury to feelings in the sum of £750.00 Being a total of £793.50[4]In addition the Respondent shall refund to the Claimant the Tribunal fee paid by her in the sum of £55.00.
