JUDGMENT
Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £1,775.76 being an amount equivalent to 12 weeks’ notice at a weekly rate of pay of £147.98 gross.[2]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment in the sum of £4,439.40.[3]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sums ordered to be paid in paragraphs 1 and 2 on or before 3 July 2020.
