[1]The Claimant did not attend and could not be contacted by telephone. Given that her claim for holiday pay was admitted it was proportionate to proceed in her absence.[2]Edward’s Fish and Chip Kitchen Ltd is substituted as the correct Respondent to the claim. Mr Holdsworth had produced the Claimant’s signed contract of employment and other documents naming Edward’s Fish and Chip Kitchen Ltd as the Claimant’s employer.[3]The Claimant’s claim for holiday pay is admitted. The Respondent shall pay her £485.46.
