JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent’s name is amended to TJ Morris Limited.[2]By consent, the claim of breach of contract relating to non-compliance with the Respondent’s disciplinary procedure is dismissed, having been withdrawn by the Claimant.[3]By consent, the claim of unauthorised deduction from the final instalment of wages succeeds.[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £70 in respect of that deduction.[5]The claim of breach of contract and/or unauthorised deduction from wages in relation to the bonus payment fails and is dismissed.[6]The claim for notice pay fails and is dismissed.
