JUDGMENT

On 22 November 2024, the claimant was ordered to provide reasons why the allegations set out at paragraphs 3.2.3, 3.2.4, 3.2.5, 3.2.6, and 6.4 of the list of issues attached to the case management orders sent out the following 16 August 2024 preliminary hearing, should not be struck out, because they have no reasonable prospect of success; alternatively, because they were not being actively pursued. The claimant was ordered to provide such reasons to the Tribunal within 21 days of the letter being sent out on 22 November 2024 i.e. by 13 December 2024. No response has been received from the claimant. In those circumstances, the decision of the Tribunal is that: (1) The allegations set out at paragraphs 3.2.3, 3.2.4, 3.2.5, 3.2.6, and 6.for the list of issues attached to the case management orders sent out following 16 August 2024 preliminary hearing are struck out (Rule 38 The Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024).
