[1]By a letter dated 06 April 2022, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the claimant had an earlier complaint of unfair dismissal which has already been struck out due to the claimant’s lack of 2-year qualifying service. It is an abuse of the process as the other claims are already being pursued as part of that earlier complaint, case number 1801122/22.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
