[1]The claim for damages for failure to give notice of termination succeeds and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant damages of £461.54.[2]The claim for accrued holiday pay due on termination of employment succeeds and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £1,823.08.[3]The claim of direct disability discrimination succeeds and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant compensation of £6,000 and a further £430.03 in interest thereon under the Employment Tribunals (Interest on Awards in Discrimination Cases) Regulations 1996.
