JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent shall be shown as Mr Chris Simmonds and Dr Amanullah Khan t/a The Medical Centre.[2]The claimant’s application to amend her claim form to include a complaint of age discrimination succeeds. The claimant is permitted to amend her complaint in the terms of her email of 8 May 2019.[3]The ambit of the age discrimination claim is limited to a comparison of the claimant’s treatment with that of Charlotte Wall (one of the respondents’ employees). The claimant’s email of 8 May 2019 shall stand as the amendment to her grounds of complaint (when read in conjunction with this Judgment).[4]Upon the claimant acknowledging that her claim for unfair dismissal was presented to the Tribunal outside the time limit provided for by section 111 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 the issue of whether it was reasonably practicable Case Number: 1801630/2019 for the claimant to have presented her claim form in time and if not whether she presented it within a reasonable time shall be determined at the next preliminary hearing.
