JUDGMENT

[1]The claim of discrimination because of something arising in consequence of disability is dismissed.[2]It is declared that the complaint that the Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages is well founded.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant compensation for the financial loss attributable to that deduction in the sum of £50.00 Note Reasons for the judgment having been given orally at the hearing, written reasons will not be provided unless a written request is presented by either party within 14 days of the sending of this written record of the decision.
