JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent having made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages in respect of pay due from 1st to 24th February 2020 is ordered to pay him compensation in the sum of £3103.45 gross[2]The Respondent having made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages in respect of accrued holiday pay due for the part holiday year from 1st January to 24th February 2020, is ordered to pay him compensation in the sum of £396.96 gross.[3]The Claimant having been wrongfully dismissed without notice in breach of contract, the Respondent is ordered to pay him damages in the sum of £10,065.85 gross.
