JUDGMENT
[1]The claim for wrongful dismissal is dismissed.[2]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the wages of the claimant of £64,942.17 and shall pay to him that sum.[3]The respondent shall pay to the claimant £1,078.80 in respect of untaken leave of 5.1 days which was outstanding at the end of his employment.[4]The claim for unauthorised deduction for the period up until 2 October 2020 is dismissed as it was not brought within time.[5]The claim for damages for breach of contract in respect of expenses is dismissed.[6]The claim for failure to provide itemised pay statements for December 2020, January 2021. December 2021, January 2022 and February 2022 is well founded.
