[1]By order made at a preliminary hearing on 21 October 2019, the Tribunal directed the claimants, by 4 November 2019, to provide an explanation for their failure to attend the hearing and to confirm they were pursuing their claims. The Tribunal warned the claimants that if they did not comply, their claims might be stuck out without further notice or hearing.[2]The claimants have failed to comply with the order. There is no evidence that they are pursuing their claims. The claims are struck out on the ground that the claimants are not actively pursuing them. 2 December 2019
