[1]The Claimant having failed to comply with my Order of 25 January 2018, and that Order having attached to it the condition that unless it was complied with by 9 February 2018 the claim would be struck out, I now confirm that the Claimant’s claim is struck out as of 9 February 2018.[2]The Preliminary Hearing fixed for 21 February 2018 will not take place.
