JUDGMENT

The judgment of the Tribunal is that(1) The claim for unlawful deduction of wages is well founded and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £5,769.20 less any deductions for tax and national insurance.(2) The claim for breach of contract in relation to reimbursement of travel expenses is well founded and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £241.63.(3) The claim for holiday pay is well founded and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £576.92 less any deductions for tax and national insurance.(4) The claim for breach of contract in relation to reimbursement of laptop costs is not well founded and is dismissed. Case No: 1801576/2022(5) The claim for automatic unfair dismissal for asserting a statutory right is withdrawn by the claimant and is dismissed.
