[1]In accordance with the provisions of section 135 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 it is declared that the Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment in the sum of £1467.00.[2]In relation the complaint for the recovery of damages for breach of contract (notice pay) the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the net sum of £1,928.97.[3]In relation to the complaint for payment in lieu of accrued but untaken leave the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the net sum of £830.65.[4]In relation to the complaint of unfair dismissal the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £450.00 (basic award nil; compensatory award £450.00).
