JUDGMENT

[1]The name of the Respondent is slightly amended to Halifax Metal Spinning Limited.[2]I am satisfied that there has been good service on that Respondent.[3]The Claimant is granted an extension of time within which to present his claim as it was not reasonably practicable to present it in time due to confusion as to the status of the Respondent and it’s solvency.[4]The complaints of unauthorised deduction from wages; holiday pay and breach of contract (notice) succeed.[5]The following awards are made:5.1 One weeks pay in hand £256.845.2 Three weeks holiday pay £770.525.3 Twelve weeks contractual notice entitlement £3082.08 £4109.14[6]Accordingly the Respondent is to pay to the Claimant forthwith the sum of £4,109.14 Case Number: 1801516/2018
