Ms S A Accilen v Redundancy Payments Service: 1801513/2023
JUDGMENT
The complaint of a failure to pay wages, holiday pay and redundancy pay are struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 4 April 2023 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the complaints of a failure to pay redundancy pay, wages and holiday pay should not be struck out because Under Section 155 of the Employment Rights Act you were employed for less than two years and therefore do not have the entitlement to bring a claim for redundancy payment the complaints made against the Redundancy Payments Service had no reasonable prospects of success for the reasons set out in the tribunal’s letter dated 30 May 2023[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The complaints are therefore struck out.
